本文通过封河北典型农民合作经济组织的调查走访，在对调查资料作了深入分析的基础上。找出目前合作经济组织发展中普遍存在的问题：国家缺乏对农民合作经济组织设立条件的硬性要求。缺乏对农民合作经济组织质的规定性的确认，农民在农民合作经济组织中的产权不突出，政府对农民合作经济组织的支持力度不够，内部管理制度欠规范等。

A Research Report on the Rural Cooperative Economy Organization

This paper states the main existing problems of the rural cooperative economy organization based on the analysis of the typical situation of Hebei Province as a model. The author also presents the following suggestions in the legislation of the rural cooperative economy organization, including the normalization of its organization, the principles of its operation, the role of the government, the legal definition of the contents of the regulations, the civil liability of its members, and how to keep the dominating role of the peasants.
