中国农业建设中农民职业化研究

农民是农业和农村的主体，现代农业的发展，首先要解决人的问题。以农民专业化分工、职业化发展为基础，调动一切积极因素，对农业人才进行优化配置。针对目前中国农民职业化困难重重的现实，本文分析了中国农民职业化受到的农业分工和专业化不发达，缺乏农业职业分类和岗位责任制度、城乡二元结构、农民职业教育落後等方面因素的制约，提出了推进农民职业化的相应对策。

Research on peasant vocationalization in the construction of modern agriculture

Peasant is the core of agricultural development, and peasant vocationalization and specialization are the foundation of modem agriculture. Now there are many restrictions on peasant vocationalization, including the underdevelopment of division of labor and specialization, the lack of classification of occupation and responsibility system, the binary system, and the underdevelopment of peasant vocational education. This paper analyses these restrictions on peasant vocationalization, and then points out the resolutions.
