特色产业集群竞争力测度再研究

运用层次分析法建立的特色产业集群竞争力评价模型表明，可以从多个层次、多个角度封特色产业集群竞争力进行评价。特色产业集群竞争力的实质就是指集群的营销网络和物流系统，以及集群创新系统建设情况的好坏。培育并不断增强特色产业集群竞争力，最主要的工作是大力加强营销网络和物流系统的建设，重视创新系统的完善。

Study on competitiveness estimation on characteristic industrial cluster

This paper adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process to found a model of competitiveness estimation of characteristic industrial clusters. It demonstrates that we can estimate the competitiveness of characteristic industrial clusters on more than one gradation and point of view. The essence of competitiveness of characteristic industrial clusters is a market network, a logistics system, and an innovation system. While we foster and enhance the competitiveness of characteristic industrial clusters, the most important work is to strengthen the .market network and the logistics system, to attach extreme importance to the perfect innovation system.
