Analysis on the Transaction Cost of Supply Chain and the Game between Supplier and Manufacturer

This paper analyzed the game model of bargaining between the supplier and the manufacturer in the traditional supply chain, and proved that the different transaction cost would cause different dependence between the supplier and the manufacturer. Thus tendency of opportunism behavior is also different in both sides. The manufacturer can establish the honest long - term partner relations with the supplier who own good quality products, to reduce the transaction cost consumed by bargaining and the harm of opportunism behavior caused by both sides.
