摘    要:正确理解教育产业化的科学内涵,合理划分教育的层次,是实行教育产业化发展的关键;教育学理论、人力资本理论、公共产品理论为非义务教育产业化发展提供了理论基础;社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立、高等教育体制改革、知识经济时代的日益来临、教育服务领域的对外开放,是非义务教育产业化发展的现实依据.

Abstract:Understanding the scientific implication of industrialization of education, and classifying education levels is the key to the develotanent of industrialization of education. Education theories, human capital theory and public good theory provide theoretical fotmdafion for the develolanent of industrialization of non- compulsory education. Socialist market economic system has been gradually set up, the higher education system is under reform, knowledge - based economic age is coming, and education service is open to the world. All of these are the reality foundation for devdotxnent of industrialization of non- compulsory education.
