| 摘 要： | 商业集聚是产业集聚现象的一个特例,是流通领域的一种特殊现象.本文通过对商业集聚文献的梳理,时商业集聚的形成进行了经济学分析(Hotelling模型分析、集聚经济分析),论证了商业集聚在现代城市、产业园区、商业街、商务中心区等建设中的重要作用.

| Abstract: | Commercial cluster is an exception of industrial cluster in circulation field.This paper makes a literature review of commercial cluster and makes economic analysis of the formation of commercial cluster by using Hotelling Model analysis and cluster economic analysis,and demonstrates the central role of commercial cluster in the construction of modern city,industrial zone,Business Street and commercial centre. |
