| Abstract: | The lack of trust among strategic partners in the process of cooperation is the main reason of alliance failure. From the perspective of social network, this paper analyzes the functions of trust in strategic alliances, applying theory of relationship tie and social capital. It has also conducted research in the means and approaches of trust mechanism establishment in strategic alliances. |
