| Abstract: | The forming of modem contractual justice theory was supported by contemporary social scientific theories, with major support from legal philosophy, economics, social philosophy and social ethics. New natural law philosophy and social legal philosophy provided legal philosophy foundation for contractual justice; intervention theory in Keynesian countries provided economics foundation; Marxian scientific socialistic theory provided social philosophy foundation; and social justice theory provided social ethics foundation. |
