| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前我国土地整理项目评价研究主要集中于效益评价和项目后评价的状况,从项目的业务绩效、财务绩效、效益绩效出发,运用AHP-FCE评价方法原理建立了一套适合政府财政投资项目的完善的绩效评价体系,并结合成都市温江区土地整理项目具体实例对其土地整理项目的各项绩效进行了评价,验证了此土地整理项目绩效评价体系方法具有一定的可操作性和验证结论可信度。

| Abstract: | Our traditional land distribution performance evaluation is mainly based upon profits evaluation and post-project evaluation.This paper uses AHP-FCE evaluation methods to establish a perfect performance evaluation system for government's financial investment projects,and uses Chengdu Wenjiang District land distribution project as a case to study,verifies that this land distribution performance evaluation method is operational and valid. |
