| 摘 要： | 在以产品内分工为主要特征的新国际分工体系中,寻求合理的产业链治理模式是本土企业和理论界孜孜以求的目标。以产品技术结构演变作为分析基点,本文探讨本土企业产业链治理模式的选择问题,对产品建构特征影响产业链治理模式的内在机制进行概括,并提出在产品市场需求不稳定背景下构建"柔性"产业链治理模式的对策建议。
