| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是目前大势所趋。在矿业领域制定循环经济的专门的法律是切实保证全社会实施循环经济的基础,也是循环经济立法的趋势。通过阐述循环经济立法在矿业经济发展过程中的重要性,具体指出了当前我国矿业领域中循环经济立法存在的问题,并提出了新的立法对策,构筑了新的立法体系,以期能保障矿业经济的可持续发展,最终达到循环经济的要求。
