| 摘 要： | 分析了非营利组织与企业社会责任的契合性，从历史演进的角度着重论述了非营利组织推进企业社会责任的三种方式：监督式、对话式和合作式推进方式，并详细探讨了目前最普遍的推进方式——合作式的具体形式选择和存在风险。在此基础上，扼要讨论了目前中国非营利组织推进企业社会责任所面临的困境以及解决思路。

| Abstract: | This study analyzes the alliance between non-profit organization and corporation;from the view of historical development,we discuss the three ways for non-profit organization improving corporate social responsibility: monitor,dialogue and cooperation,then we analyzes the detail form and risk of the way of cooperation which is the most popular one.Based on that,the predicament and solution for China non-profit organization improving corporate social responsibility are pointed out at the end. |
