| 摘 要： | 我国城市化发展失衡和发展速度趋缓的原因在于忽视了中、小城市的发展,从而阻碍了现代化进程及制约着工业化和农业产业化。现阶段应坚持以人为本的科学发展观,把以大城市为主导的城市化调整为以中、小城市为主导的发展战略,以促进我国城市的健康发展和加快现代化进程。
