| 摘 要： | 研究了我国绿色公共投资宏观效率,实证分析了我国绿色公共投资的产出效率、规模效率和结构效率,并对宏观效率缺失情况和增减变化做出初步评价。实证分析表明,我国绿色公共投资对经济增长有显著贡献,但产出弹性小于非绿色公共投资的产出弹性;现阶段我国最优的绿色公共投资规模应该占GDP的8.41%;与国际上其他国家的资源配置效率比较,我国绿色公共投资结构效率较低。
