| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的时代，我国的现代化建设是在全球经济风云变幻中进行的，领导干部没有世界眼光和全球战略思维，很难胜任经济现代化建设任务。针对内陆省份的特点，训练干部对当代世界政治经济运行体系有基本认识和正确理解，提高领导干部在经济上驾驭全局的战略思维能力。
