| 摘 要： | 西部地区农村中小企业发展缓慢的重要原因是分散化经营,而集群化是解决这一问题的有效方法,但在集聚过程中,为了节约资源、保护环境及集群自身可持续发展,必须走生态化的发展道路。因此,政府要从集群化和生态化的视角规划、引导和支持农村中小企业的发展。

| Abstract: | decentralized operations is an important reason for rural small and medium enterprises' slow development of the western region,while the cluster is an effective way to solve this problem;But in gathering process,in order to save resources,protect the environment and the cluster's own sustainable development,must follow the path of ecological development.Therefore,the government must planning,guide and support the development of SMEs in rural areas from clustering and ecological perspective. |
