国有企业劳动力改革的双要素框架分析

摘    要:国有企业是资本要素方(国家及其代理人政府)和劳动力要素方(企业员工)之间的一组特殊契约。在这组契约中,双方关于劳动力机制的约定将对产权的明晰以及现代企业制度的建立起着至关重要的作用。从社会的角度讲,国有企业劳动力机制的改革必然要涉及到商品化和父权制两个基本要素。我国国有企业的劳动力改革必须遵循从非商品化、父权制化——商品化、父权制化——脱商品化、父权制化——脱商品化、脱父权制化——再商品化、脱父权制化的四阶段轨迹。

Abstract:The state-owned enterprise is a set of contracts between the side of capital factor and the side of labour factor. In these contracts, the stipulations of labour mechanism have an important effect on the perspicuity of the property right and the foundation of the modern enterprise system. From the society, the reform of the labour mechanism in the state-owned enterprise has been influenced by the two basic factors of commercialize and the patriarchy. Through the analysis of their connotaion and the affiliatoion with the historical course in the reform of state-owned enterprise, this paper put forward that the reform on the labour mechanism of our state-owned enterprise must follow a quadruple phases contrail from anticommercialize and patriarchy to commercialize and patricrchy, to decommercialize and patriarchy, to decommercialize and depatriarchy, to recommercialize and depatriarchy. On basis of it, this paper put forward the relative conclusion and suggestion.
