| 摘 要： | 从区域经济演进过程中引发的空间问题出发，将“空间不匹配”问题研究的重点集中于协调择业者与企业之间的冲突，弱化空间问题引起的供需不对称。从供给、需求和制度安排二个方面解释“空间不匹配”现象的出现。这一问题的解决依赖于以价格为手段的市场机制和以制度安排为手段的调控机制的共同作用。

This paper analyzes the spatial mismatch from the following three aspects: supply, demand and institutional arrangement. To solve the mismatch between employees and companies, the market mechanism and the macroeconomic control by the government will play an important role. |
