| 摘 要： | 采用协整与误差修正模型对改革开放以来财政支农支出、农业现代化程度与山西农业发展的关系进行了实证分析。研究表明：山西农业发展水平、财政支农支出和农业现代化程度两两之间存在协整关系，误差修正模型显示短期因素对山西农业发展与农业现代化的长期均衡关系、农业现代化与财政支农的长期均衡关系具有很强的调节作用；格兰杰因果检验表明，财政支农在长期会对农业的现代化程度产生影响，而农业现代化则促进了山西农业发展水平的提高，农业的发展也会对财政支农支出产生影响，财政根据农业发展的实际情况进行补贴。

| Abstract: | The paper,adoping co-integration and VEC model,analyzed the public financial support for agriculture,modernization of agriculture,and the agricultural development in Shanxi from 1978.It is found that co-integration relations existed between each two variables.The VEC model displayed that factors in short term adjusted the co-integration relations strongly.Granger causality relationship test showed public financial support was the Granger cause of modernization of agriculture,modernization of agriculture could exert an influence on agricultural development,and the public finance supported the agriculture according to the actuality of agricultural development. |
