| Abstract: | The aim of this text is to research the entrust-act relationship in the technique innovative proliferation system,setting up an analytical framework for the technique innovative proliferation incentive mechanism according to the entrust-act relationship,based on such a foundation,the text analyses the incentive conflict of the double entrust-act relationship among the risking investors,entrepreneurs and technologists. |
