| Abstract: | The paper analyze the causes of the ineffectiveness of corporate performance improvement after MBO in China.The strengthened incentive and the subsequent distorted behaviors of the tendency of management to persuit "systematic arbitrage opportunities"due to the systematic defect of China's capital market.Different type of distorted behaviors before,during and after MBO prejudice the improvement of corporate performance. |
