| 摘 要： | 晋商以重道义、尚信誉而著称于世,但其讲诚信、重信用并非单纯的道德教化,而是有着一系列的制度保证.晋商信用制度安排的最大特点在于其建立在乡土网络基础之上的自我实施与集体主义惩戒机制,这一机制保证了在当时的社会环境中晋商信用约束的硬性化,即承诺的可信性、约束和实施的有效性.无论是从晋商的信用均衡、信用制度的实施机制还是从信用制度变迁方面而言,它都可以为我国当前的信用制度建设提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Jin-merchants is known for their credibility and prestige.This is not simply moral enlightenment,it has a series of system guarantee.The most remarkable feature of Jin-merchants' credit system is the self-discipline implementation and collectivism disciplinary punishment mechanism,which is built on the basis of local network.The mechanism ensures the credit of Jin-merchants in the social environment.Those are the credibility of the pledge,the effectiveness of restraint and implementation.Through studying credit balance of Jin-merchants, implemental mechanism and changes of credit system,they can provide some conclusion on current credit system construction of China. |
