| 摘 要： | 总结了不同阶段珠三角地区区域规划的特征，对珠三角地区区域规划的意义、规划原则、规划思路进行了分析。认为珠三角地区应该以现有经济联系为基础，适度超越现有经济发展水平，适时扩大区域范围，把港澳作为内生变量，通过制度创新解决区域内重大问题，促进区域经济社会发展。
