| 摘 要： | 电子政务是信息化社会发展的必然，电子政务的建设热潮目前正在世界范围内展开。本文作者认为在中国的特殊国情下发展电子政务还存在许多运行环境上的障碍，不予清除就达不到我们的预期目标。为此，作者提出了若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | E-gavernment affairs is an inevitable outcome of development of information society. A construction upsurge of E-government is arising all over the world. The author thinks that there are many operating conditions obstacles in e-government affairs under the particular situation of China, and our expective goals can not be achieved unless they are eliminated. Therefore, some countermeasures are put forward. |
