| Abstract: | The connections between science and technology and national security become closer and closer as scientific breakthroughs and technological advances have been increasingly affecting social development.In this paper the notion of science and technology security is put forward in accordance with investigating the evolution of the notion of national security from the earlier ones.And furthermore,the intension and extension of science and technology security are discussed and some confusable issues about the notion are analysed. |
