| Abstract: | Analysing the authentic proof,this article makes a systematic and comprehensive study of thehistory and present situation of USA technology export control to China,it states clearly that the USA tech-nology export control to China is the main cause which leads to the adverse balance of trade of USA to China. The article also puts forward the proposals and advices to Promote USA technology export to China andrealize the balance of trade between China and USA. |
