Abstract:Orthogonal Optimum Design is an advanced technology of Experiment Design and Optimization,which can be applied very widely,and has very important effect to the technology renewing and quality improving.This paper discusses some problems of technology renewing and quality improving,and explains the important significance for the production and economics of China by popularizing and applying Orthogonal Optimum Design energetically.
