| 摘 要： | 本文从我国国情出发，论述了中小企业技术创新的特点和优势，归纳了中小企业技术创新的模式，并且阐述了不同模式的特点，为了促进中小企业技术创新的发展，本文还离对中小企业技术创新应用采取的立法支持与政策支持针对我国的国情提出了扩展中小企业融资渠道和成立中小企业协会的建议。

| Abstract: | According to the national conditions, this article discusses the characteristics and superiorities of the technolongical innovation of medium & small scale enterprises (TIMSE), from which it summarizes the patterns of TIMSE and elaborates on the features of different patterns. To promote the development of TIMSE, the article also explains the legislation & policy support which should be given for TIMSE, and provides suggestions of enlarging capital merging channel and establishing medium & small scale enterprises association in the light of our national conditions. |
