发达国家行业协会与技术性贸易壁垒

入世后，我国面临的技术性贸易壁垒问题日益严重，而发达国家行业协会等非政府组织在其中起着重要的作用。本文以WTO条件下的“隐蔽市场战略”为大背景，论述了发达国家行业协会在技术性贸易壁垒活动中的作用和特点，指示了发达国家行业协会同技术性贸易壁垒的相互关系，并提出了我国必须尽快建立统一协调、以市场为主导的行业协会动态运行机制等政策建议。

Industrial Associations of the Developed Countries and the Technical Trade Barrier

After the entry into WTO, the problem of the technical trade barrier to China is getting more and more serious, in which the industrial associations of the developed countries play an important role. Under the background of " the hidden market strategy" in the conditions of WTO, this paper discusses the roles and characteristics of the industrial associations of the developed countries in technical trade barrier activities, exposing the relations between the industrial associations and the technical trade barrier. Finally, based on the analysis of the above, this paper puts forward the suggestions, just like the estabilishment of a well-coordinated and dynamic system of operation of the industrial associations taking market as a leading factor, etc.
