| 摘 要： | 外商在华直接投资(FDI)对中国经济发展的积极作用之一是促进中国就业结构的演进。FDI促进中国就业结构演进主要有两个路径:一是推进农业劳动力向非农产业的转移;二是促进劳动力素质结构升级。我们应该高度重视就业导向性引资,并通过发展外资经济来促进就业和劳动力素质的提升。

| Abstract: | One of the important roles foreign direct investments (FDD play for Chinese economic development is to promote the evolution of employment structures, which is mainly by the following two ways: one is to accelerate the transition of agricultural labors to non-agricultural ones; the other is to upgrade the quality structures of labor forces. So, we should attract more employment-oriented investments and try to improve the quality of labor forces. |
