| 摘 要： | 对样本企业专利情况和管理行为的分析表明,专利类型和管理组织对创新效率有直接影响,维权环境深受企业关注,"大企业带动"、"专利和品牌相互促进"的青岛经验有一定借鉴意义,但中小企业创新力弱和优势行业面临的竞争颓势值得警醒。从增强创新能力和动力入手,建立内生型企业专利战略是当前的紧迫任务。
