摘    要:本文旨在分析我国当前新一轮"用工荒"的现状、特征,及其原因,并判断中国是否迎来劳动力供给的"刘易斯转折点"。通过对浙江省345家民营企业、11家人才市场问卷调查,经分析发现:29.7%民营企业面临"用工荒",员工缺口比率为28.5%,小企业"用工荒"现象尤为严重;"用工荒"的实质是"技工荒",初级技工和中级技工最为紧缺;劳动力流动相对收益减少是导致"用工荒"的根本原因,中国正迎来了劳动力供给的刘易斯转折点;要解决"用工荒"问题,民营企业需要提高待遇,改善工作环境,地方政府需要营造良好的就业和服务环境。
