| 摘 要： | 本文从宏观角度出发,通过分析地方政府基本融资模式的缺陷,探索如何建立稳定的、可持续发展的地方政府融资体系。本文采用了实证分析的方法,提出地方政府现有的基本融资模式难以持续,必须再造。研究结果表明,只有在融资目标、融资工具、融资主体以及调控机制方面实现地方政府融资模式的再造,才能实现地方经济的可持续发展。
