| 摘 要： | 经济增长的启动在很大程度上取决于资金积累能力和引入外部资金能力。我国经济呈现的由东到西阶梯走弱的特征是我国金融发展呈现区域二元结构的反映。要想从根本上解决经济发展的二元结构,必须提高中西部金融发展水平。

| Abstract: | Economic growth lies largely on capital accumulating ability and foreign capital introducing ability. That our economy becomes weaker from the east to the west shows our financial dual regional structure. To solve the problem, we should increase the financial development level of the middle and the west. |
