| 摘 要： | 本文研究表明,有很大一部分私营中小企业在特定的时期内并没有融资需求,因此,对中小企业融资困难问题应该做全面、系统的分析,在解决中小企业融资困境问题时,不要出现运动式贷款倾向,而是要致力于改善企业融资环境的公共平台建设。

| Abstract: | This research finds that many private small-and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) have no financing needs in a specific period of time.Thus,a systematic and comprehensive analysis should be conducted to investigate the financing difficulties of SMEs.The tendency of sports-style loans should be avoided.It is worthwhile to improve the financing environment and promote the construction of public financing platforms. |
