| 摘 要： | 文章以2000—2010年间五届中国地方政府创新奖获奖的地方政府管理创新项目作为分析单位,运用内容分析法从中探索近年来中国地方政府管理创新路径模式,通过定量分析总结并提出中国地方政府管理创新的四种路径模式,即并进型创新、行政-前驱型创新、政治-前驱型创新与缓进型创新,在此基础上,探索路径抉择规律,并提出进一步完善中国地方政府管理创新路径的政策建议。
