The comparative studies of Marxist employment theory and western economics employment theory

It is inevitable to conduct researches on China's unemployment problem.To get theoretical foundation is the key to carry out such researches.Searching for the materials of employment theories,we can find that the most typical two are Marxist employment theory and western economics employment theory.After making analysis of the two theories,understanding their different backgrounds and analysis paths,and comparing their different contents,we can include that they explain just some aspect of unemployment indeed and they both follow a path of rise and development.Therefore,by comparison,we can understand unemployment more comprehensively,and get some implications for the researches on unemployment in China.
