| 摘 要： | 本文在界定中小企业成长性内涵的基础上，提出了中／1,企业成长性评价指标的设计思路，进而从成长性表现层和成长性影响层两个层面构建评价指标体系，一共设计出22个评价指标对中小企业的成长性进行评价。

| Abstract: | Based on the growth connntation for medium-sized and small enterprises,the thesis proposes the design nf assessment index,and then the assessment indem system is constructed on two aspectskncluding growth performance and grnwth influence.There are altogether 22 assessment indexes designed in the paper to evaluate the growth of medium-sized and small enterptises. |
