论"中部崛起"与武汉城市经济圈建设

近年来,在全球化加深的进程中,在国际分工不断加强的情况下,中部地区被逐步"边缘化".随着"中部崛起"逐步上升为国家战略,特别是"科学发展观"的推进以及经济增长方式的变化,中部地区正面临着前所未有的大好机遇.武汉在中部地区发挥着龙头作用,在武汉城市经济圈中居于核心地位,加快武汉城市经济圈建设,是实现中部崛起的重要战略举措.本文分析了中部地区边缘化的状况以及武汉城市经济圈建设在中部崛起战略中的重要地位,提出了相关政策建议.

On the "Rising of the Central Regions" and the Construction of Wuhan Megalopolis

In the past decades, central region have been marginalized in the process of economic globalization, international division of labour and worldwide industrial transfer. As rising of the central region will become a national strategy, especially with the adoption of new strategy of economic development and the path transition of economic growth, the central region is facing the great development opportunity. Wuhan plays a leading role in the central region and becomes the core part in Wuhan megalopolis. It is an important strategic action of rising of the central region to accelerate the construction of Wuhan megalopolis. This paper examines the situation of marginalization of the central region and presents some policy suggestions for the construction of Wuhan Megalopolis.
