| 摘 要： | 本文在建立科技创新基金输出输入指标体系的基础上,利用DEA/PCA综合分析方法和多元线性回归模型,以中部D市W区支持的40家中小企业为样本,核算项目实施的投入产出能力及绩效水平,分析决定科技创新基金运行效率的因素。结果显示,大部分科技创新基金支持项目运行效率有待提高,影响科技创新基金效率的主要因素是科研经费的投入、新增就业人员数和研发人员数。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the input and output indicators system,we take 40 small and medium-sized enterprises as samples.By using the DEA/PCA and multiple linear regression model,we can account the ability of input and output,the performance level,and then analyze factors that influence the efficiency.The results show that most of the efficiency of technology innovation fund is to be improved,the main factors affecting the efficiency score are the investment in research funding,the number of new jobs and the number of R&D person. |
