| 摘 要： | 教学评估可有力地促进学校建设和发展，对高校明确办学方向、改善办学条件、完善教学管理有重要作用。本文主要以新疆财经大学为例，分析高等教育大众化背景下的高等教育评估的效果，重点阐述高等教育评估对提高教育质量和办学效益、发展高等教育事业所具有的重要意义。
