| 摘 要： | 高校教学档案是评价学校、院系教学管理水平和教学质量的重要依据,院系教学档案工作是高校教学档案工作的基础。目前一些院系教学档案管理尚不规范,档案管理人员业务素质不高,因此有必要开发应用院系级的计算机档案管理系统,明确院系级教学档案的归档范围,制定电子文档的管理规范,加强对兼职档案人员的管理和业务培训。

| Abstract: | Teaching archives is important evidence on estimating the quality of teaching and management for a university.Management of Archives of departments of a university is an essential part for the teaching archives construction of the whole university.Aiming at the fact of traditional pattern,non-standard files of teaching archives management and poor quality staff,a series of measures are put forward: employment of the computer management system in departments archives,definitude of the file scope;constitution of the management criterion of the electronic document and enhancement of training and administration of part-time staff. |
