高校弱势群体--贫困生的现状、问题与对策

高校贫因生问题是一个长期、普遍存在的问题。我国高校扩招后贫因生数量增加,国家与高校初步建立了贫困生救助体系。当前要在“方便贷款、防范风险”的原则下,全面推行生源地助学贷款,加强信用机制以及经济资助的法制化建设,并处理好关爱、帮助与严格要求的关系。

Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of Weak- strength Group - Poverty- stricken Students in Universities

It is a long and popular problem that there are poverty-stricken students at universities. The reform of tuition and the expansion of enrollment lead to an increasing of such students. The government and universities have set up an aid system for them initially. Now we must practise the loan from the student's origin, strengthen the credit system and build the legalization of economic aid on the basis of "convenient loan, preventive risk". Meanwhile we should deal with the relationship of concern, aid and severe requirement.
