新疆城乡居民收入差距实证分析

收入是反映经济发展和人民生活水平的一个综合指标。现阶段城乡居民收入差距不断扩大，这不仅影响社会公平，而且影响经济社会长期稳定的持续发展。1996年一2004年新疆城镇居民人均可支配收入及农民人均纯收入数据揭示出引起城乡居民收入差距的原因在于自然因素与体制因素的不同。要缩小这一差距，就必须加大对农业和农村的投入，进一步完善农村产业化经营体系。

An Empirical Analysis of Income Gap Between Urban and Rural Residents in Xinjiang

Income is an integrative index showing economic development and people' income level.At present,the income gap between urban and rural residents has widened increasingly,which not only affects social fairness,but also affects the sustainable development.This paper reveals causes in income gap and sources of the urban and rural residents in Xinjiang though the analysis of data of urban average disposable income and rural average net income from 1996 to 2004.The paper also puts forward some proposals to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in Xinjiang.
