邻避冲突的地方政府决策诱因探析

From local government decision - making perspective; the error of administrative decision - making concept, imperfect decision - making mechanism and the lack of government credibility are key reasons. This requires lo- eel government to take measures in three aspects： establish public and preventive decision - making principles, perfect participa- tory decision - making mechanism, and give proper compensation and feedback to community residents.
