中小企业技术创新人才管理风险及规避

摘    要:创新型人才是影响中小企业技术创新与发展的最关键因素之一,许多中小企业对技术创新人才管理风险意识淡薄,缺乏规避人才管理风险的经验。本文从社会层面、企业层面和个人层面三个角度对导致中小企业技术创新人才管理风险的原因进行分析,最后提出应加大政府政策支持、努力实现柔性管理和刚性管理的匹配、实行全面薪酬管理、建立创新型企业文化及人才流失防范系统等建议以规避中小企业技术创新人才管理风险。

Abstract:Technology innovation talents are the most critical factor of technology innovation of small and medium - sized en- terprizes, many small and medium - sized enterprise talent management on technology innovation risk consciousness, lack of tal- ent' experience in risk management. This paper, in the view of the social environment, small and medium - sized enterprises, personal factors, makes an analysis of reasons leading to talent management risk of technology innovation talent of mall and medi- um - sized enterprises, and finally puts forward suggestions that it be of great necessity to increase the support of the government policy, realize a perfect match between flexible management and rigid management, implement the comprehensive compensation management, establish innovative enterprise culture and establish a system to prevent brain drain to avoid risk of small and medi- um - sized enterprise technology innovation talent management.
