| 摘 要： | 要实现包括高等教育在内的教育公平,必须按照胡锦涛总书记的要求,"坚持教育的公益性质,加大财政对教育投入,规范教育收费,扶持贫困地区、民族地区教育,健全学生资助制度",统筹兼顾,实现高等教育发展的均衡化。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the fair education including higher education,it is of great necessity to take actions according to the requirements of Hu Jintao,Secretary of CPC.His requirements are as follows: insisting on the public welfare nature of education,enlarging the fiscal investment in education,standardizing education charges,supporting the education in the impoverished and minority-nationality areas and perfecting students'subsidy system.Only by doing so will the balanced development of higher education be achieved. |
