关于新疆少数民族大学生就业、创业问题的调查与思考

近年来全国整体就业形势不容乐观,而新疆少数民族大学生就业面临更为严峻的形势。新疆少数民族大学生就业观念有所改变,有较强的创业意识和积极的心态,但在就业、创业过程中还存在优势不突出、综合素质和创业能力有待提高、创业环境有待优化等问题。因此,政府等部门应更加重视少数民族大学生的就业和创业,为其提供良好的环境;高校也应在专业设置上突出优势,并积极联合企业进行创业教育。更为重要的是,少数民族大学生也应不断转变观念,努力提高自身素质和综合能力,为创业和就业打下坚实的基础。

On Employment and Self-business Initiation of Ethnic Minority University Students in Xinjiang

In recent years the overall employment situation is unfavorable in China,at the same time,the ethnic minority university students employment is facing more severe situation in Xinjiang.It is a fact that they have changed their employment concept,having strong self-business initiation awareness and positive attitude.However,there are still problems in employment advantages,comprehensive quality,self-business initiation ability,and self-business initiation environment.Therefore,several counter measurements should be taken to deal with the issues above.First,Government departments should attach greater importance to ethnic minority university students＇ employment and self-business initiation,providing the sound environment for them.Second,colleges and universities should also stress importance in setting the professional majors,combining the companies and the self-business and entrepreneurial education.What is more important is that ethnic minority students should accordingly change their concept about employment and strive to improve their all-round quality and comprehensive ability,laying a solid foundation for the ethnic minority university students＇ employment and self-business initiation.
