论社区党建视域下的社会管理创新

社区党组织是党在社区全部工作和战斗力的基础,是社区各类组织和各项工作的领导核心。当前,街道社区党组织建设工作还面临着许多挑战,必须坚持以现代文化为引领,营造有利于社区社会管理创新的思想环境;着力构建维护稳定的工作体系,提高社会管理的科学化水平;深入推进平安社区建设,切实巩固和发展党的群众基础;进一步健全各项机制,不断增强社区解决实际问题的能力;积极扩大组织覆盖面,为新疆跨越式发展和长治久安奠定坚实的组织基础;积极完善相关保障体系,进一步加强社区推进社会管理的改革创新能力。

On Social Management Innovation from the Angle of CPC Building in Communities

CPC organizations in communities are the foundation of all the work and combat of the communities and the core to lead work of various organizations of the communities.Currently,the street party building community still faces many challenges.Therefore,it is of great necessity to adhere to the modern culture for the lead and create a favorable social management and innovative thinking environment of the community;to build a working system to maintain stability and improve the scientific level of social management;to promote in-depth the safe community construction,and effectively consolidate and develop the party＇s mass base;to further improve the mechanism to continuously enhance the ability of communities to solve practical problems;to actively expand the coverage of the organization for long-term stability in Xinjiang leap-forward development and lay a solid organizational foundation;to actively improve the relevant security system,to further strengthen the management of the community to promote social reform and innovation.
