| 摘 要： | 失地农民问题的严重性已远远超乎寻常的思考层次。现实生活中失地农民利益表达的行动是一个典型意义上的奥尔森式的集体行动,正是各个行动者利益偏好选择和理性行动的结果。要实现失地农民利益的有效维护和有效表达,就必须通过健全失地农民利益表达机制等措施来使这一表达行动的社会后果达到社会最优状态。

| Abstract: | The severity of problem concerning off-land farmers is by far beyond people's imagination.Based on the extant research,this paper argues that the expression of interest for off-land farmers is a typical significance Olsson like collective action,then analyses it from the angle of sociology,and dsaws a brief research conclusion. |
